- Special Survey Amin Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized board or institute.
- Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of work experience.
- Special Survey Kanoongo Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of work experience.
- Clerk Bachelor's degree in any stream from any recognized university in India.
