- Bihar BCECE Sr. Resident/ Tutor Postgraduate (PG) Degree in the relevant specialty. DNB/DNB Super Specialty and equivalent PG qualifications recognized under MCI/NMC guidelines are also eligible. If sufficient PG degree holders are not available, candidates with a relevant Diploma may be considered, with merit position below PG degree holders.
