Eligibility Criteria
- Delhi Lakshmi Yojana Women aged 21 to 60 years with family annual income of ₹2.5 lakh or less, resident of Delhi (woman or family) for at least 10 years; only one woman per family eligible, priority to the oldest eligible woman. Income-tax payers, GST filers, government/PSU employee families, beneficiaries of other government financial assistance schemes, four-wheeler owning families, families with electricity consumption above 2,400 units annually, families with more than three children, and women with a criminal record are not eligible.
