- Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from any recognized board; ITI / Diploma in Hindi Stenography with 100 WPM Hindi Typing Speed; MP CPCT Qualified; DOEACC Diploma / ITI COPA Certificate / Computer Diploma.
- Assistant Sub Inspector (Ministerial) Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from any recognized board; MP CPCT Certificate with Hindi Typing; Engineering Degree / MCA / BCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) OR DOEACC Diploma Level Examination OR ITI COPA Certificate.
