RTPS Bihar allows residents to apply online for residential, caste, income, character, NCL and EWS certificates through serviceonline.bihar.gov.in under the e-District Mission Mode Project.
The RTPS Bihar portal now offers a single window for applying, tracking application status, and downloading issued certificates. Applicants can verify identity via Aadhaar OTP or any of the 12 Election Commission-approved documents. Certificates become available for download only 24 hours after application processing.

- Visit serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- New users should register themselves to create a Login ID and Password.
- Log in and select the required service from the Left Menu under the relevant department.
- Click 'Apply for Service', fill the form, upload your photo via Webcam or File Browser, and click [Save Draft].
- Verify identity via Aadhaar OTP or upload one of the 12 Election Commission-approved identity documents.
- Upload required annexures if applicable.
- Review the application and submit.
- Download or print the Acknowledgement Receipt.
- Once issued, log in to download and print the certificate from your inbox.
