Eligibility Criteria
- Zonal Head (Retail) Graduation with MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks; one certification among CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A; minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Regional Head (RH) Graduation with MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks; one certification among CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A; minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead Graduation with MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks; one certification among CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A; minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Investment Specialist (IS) PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science, or qualified CA/CFA; one certification among CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, NISM Research Analyst, or NISM Series 21-A; minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Investment Officer (IO) PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Business Management / Commerce / Economics / Capital Markets / Banking / Insurance / Actuarial Science or CA / CFA; CA / CFP / CFA / NISM Investment Advisor / Research Analyst Certificate / NISM 21-A certification; minimum 4 years experience.
- VP Wealth Graduation from a recognised university; MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from a recognised university; certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA; minimum 6 years experience.
- AVP Wealth Graduation from a recognised university; weightage for post graduation in finance / marketing / banking; certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA; minimum 3 years experience.
