- Junior Statistical Officer Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university in India, plus 60 marks in Mathematics at 10+2 level OR Statistics as a subject in degree
- Statistical Investigator Grade-II Bachelor's degree in any subject with Statistics as a subject from a recognized university in India
- Research Assistant in NHRC Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university in India
- All other Posts Graduation in any stream from a recognized university in India
