- Central Water and Power Research Station Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
- DGQA-NAVAL, Ministry of Defence Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
- Farakka Barrage Project Engineering Diploma in Related Trade.
- Military Engineer Services (MES) Degree in Related Trade OR Engineering Diploma in Related Trade with 2 Year Experience.
- National Technical Research Organization (NTRO) Engineering Diploma in Related Trade.
- Director General of Lighthouses & Lightships, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways Engineering Degree or Diploma in Related Trade.
