Eligibility Criteria
- Block Organizer Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. For unpaid departmental employees, minimum qualification is Intermediate (Class 12). Preference to candidates with at least 2 years Territorial Army service, NCC 'B' Certificate, or minimum 3 years in Home Guard organization.
